Returns & Refunds
If a product you purchase is faulty, you may be offered a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Please contact us using the invoice number as reference.
Goods no longer required
We want you to be delighted with your products but if you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days. All returns will have a handling/ restocking charge applied.
For the product to be eligible for return it must be in its original, sealed, sellable condition and packaging. There are items that cannot be returned these include plasterboard and material that has been cut to size.
Goods can be brought back to the store along with the receipt and original method of payment.
If you cannot bring the products back to the store, then please call to discuss your options. This may include arranging a collection. For which there will be a collection and restocking charge depending on location and the products involved.
